We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your tea! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging
  • Perishable goods (opened tea) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@everythingtea.co.za with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@everythingtea.co.za with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back to us
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
